The Division President is a full-time, onsite role for Sentry Management’s Spokane, WA market; the president must reside or plan to reside in the Spokane area. Pay is $92,000–$100,000 per year. Sentry Management provides full-service community association management and works to nurture communities, support property values, and improve residents’ lifestyles. The president leads division employees and operations, sets strategic direction, and oversees client service, retention, growth, and financial goals. The role coordinates with home-office departments and supports clients and employees to help the division meet its commitments and objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and advise division employees with emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growth
• meet regularly with employees
• implement personnel policies
• recruit, select, train, and manage employee performance
• set division strategy and monitor growth
• achieve sales and contribution goals and income-to-expense targets
• analyze local markets and competition
• strategize on large client proposals
• review reports and improve trends
• ensure accounting and administration staff follow procedures
• respond to client needs
• address service issues and difficult situations
• solicit feedback and support client transitions.

Why this role
