What you'll do

• Review title information, commitments, and requirements
• coordinate with lenders and send notarized loan packages after settlement
• record documents and check transfer and recordation taxes
• prepare intake sheets
• verify recording fees
• manage rejections promptly
• issue final title insurance policies
• review escrow accounting reconciliations with the accountant or bookkeeper.
