The role contributes to agency operations by coordinating staffing, supporting the manager, and helping employees follow policies, procedures, and applicable standards.

What you'll do

• Help ensure agency policies, procedures, industry standards, and regulations are followed
• assist with coordination, evaluation, and planning of home care services
• support the manager with administrative activities and resource use
• develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans and objectives
• coordinate staffing and scheduling
• supervise designated employees
• instruct employees in practices, procedures, and equipment
• conduct in-home assessments and liaise with community resources and agencies.
