The expected annual salary range is $95,000–$105,000, with a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. O-I manufactures glass packaging for food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. The role exists to lead daily production-line operations and improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. It contributes to plant goals by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, and developing team capability across shifts.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and support teams
• promote safety and ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and audit requirements
• drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• partner with shift leaders and cross-functional teams
• support employee development, training, and engagement
• lead problem-solving and process improvement projects
• and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor agreements.

Why this role
