What you'll do

• Lead and motivate sales associates toward store sales and customer-satisfaction goals. Maintain visual presentation, inventory, and merchandising standards
• coach team members
• oversee opening and closing, change orders, deposits, safe access, and cash handling
• assist customers with questions and purchases
• monitor stock and reordering
• resolve customer concerns
• support compliance and safety
• maintain sales records and performance reporting
• and help develop promotions.
