What you'll do

• Organize and maintain patient charts and review them for completeness
• answer calls and interact professionally with patients
• greet patients
• manage schedules with front- and back-office staff
• verify insurance coverage for planned treatment
• collect payments and reconcile daily cash reports
• prepare patient prescriptions
• present treatment plans after calculating copayments and insurance benefits
• educate patients about treatment
• prepare and submit dental claims.
