What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs

• complete work orders in the maintenance system
• replace ceiling tiles and repair door hardware
• use hand and power tools safely
• respond to emergencies and service requests
• travel among properties
• maintain company-provided tools, vehicle, and cell phone.
