What you'll do

• Operate dish and potwashing machines
• wash and store dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
• monitor machine water and chemical use and maintain required rinse temperature
• clean and sanitize dishroom and utility areas
• sweep and mop floors
• remove trash and follow recycling procedures
• assist with kitchen plate-up and food-service setup and breakdown
• prepare and deliver beverages and report breakage.
