What you'll do

• Identify and document deviations from SOPs, quality standards, or regulatory guidelines
• investigate root causes
• collaborate with cross-functional teams on CAPAs
• maintain records of deviations, investigations, and CAPAs
• prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities as required
• support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• participate in audits and inspections
• analyze trends for continuous improvement.
