Chief Development Officer

What you'll do

• Lead individual and institutional fundraising, capital and endowment campaigns, and planned giving. Develop fundraising plans and goals with the President and CEO
• personally solicit and steward donors
• oversee donor recognition and development operations

• strengthen prospecting and patron engagement
• collaborate with leadership and boards
• and assist with board-member identification and recruitment.
