What you'll do

• Serve as a tenant-facing resource
• perform preventive maintenance on building interiors and exteriors
• handle painting, carpentry, and light plumbing
• monitor energy and utility usage
• coordinate vendors and order supplies
• support tenant improvements
• prepare vacant spaces for showings
• escort inspectors and report findings
• drive a company vehicle between properties.
