Job overview

The Project Manager, Architecture/Engineering/Construction role is onsite in Englewood, CO, with 25%–50% travel. Pay is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports Valhalla Engineering Group’s medical facility design and other facility design and investigative study assignments. The project manager coordinates multidisciplinary professionals and manages project delivery from early planning through closeout. The role helps ensure design deliverables meet contractual, technical, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining client communication.

What you'll do

• Support proposal development, assumptions, schedules, and work plans
• manage assigned professional and technical personnel
• serve as primary client interface
• monitor project progress and report issues
• coordinate technical teams and stakeholders
• manage communications, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, subcontracts, and prime-contract implementation
• facilitate meetings and document interactions.
