What you'll do

• Assist staff in implementing individualized plans and activities
• supervise clients during program and community activities
• support personal care as needed
• monitor and document behavior and progress
• communicate with staff, families, and supervisors
• operate a company vehicle, secure passengers, inspect the vehicle, maintain transportation records, and report safety concerns.
