What you'll do

• Set and drive operations strategy for desalination and brackish-water assets
• ensure contractual compliance while advancing revenue, profitability, uptime, and water quality
• serve as senior company representative with major customers
• lead operations staff, budgets, capital expenditure decisions, and culture
• establish AI-enabled performance dashboards and KPIs
• apply Lean and Six Sigma
• partner with engineering
• oversee preventive maintenance, field services, and EHS culture
• coordinate with finance, legal, and corporate teams on forecasting and permitting.
