What you'll do

• Deploy and maintain VMware environments, servers, storage, and Windows and Azure systems
• administer Microsoft 365 and Intune
• support network infrastructure and connectivity
• administer backup and recovery systems and conduct recovery testing
• provide onsite help desk support
• document incidents and changes in ServiceNow
• maintain technical documentation and asset records
• participate in after-hours maintenance as required
• travel periodically for collaboration and projects.
