What you'll do

• Prepare menu and prep items according to recipes and guest requests
• portion and rotate products using FIFO standards
• operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment and storage areas
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with dishwashing and restocking
• support front-of-house cleanliness and guest service
• communicate product, service, and safety issues to managers.
