What you'll do

• Oversee freight unload, pack-out, and pack-down processes
• communicate priorities and ensure nightly tasks are completed
• coach and train associates on policies, procedures, and safety
• conduct quality walks and verify merchandising and training
• coordinate truck and trailer unloading and freight placement
• ensure cleanup and store readiness
• address safety and hazmat procedures
• perform closing and manager-on-duty responsibilities
• communicate handoffs and store priorities.
