What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• support mobility, transfers, and walking
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders, not medication administration
• take and document vital signs as assigned
• follow care plans, infection control, and safety guidelines
• respect client rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
