Hotel Front Desk Team Agent

The Hotel Front Desk Team Agent role is onsite in Bend, OR. Compensation is $18.75 per hour. The agent welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles calls, reservations, and payments, and responds to guest needs. The role also helps maintain guest-ready common areas and supports other hotel departments when needed.

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• check guests in and out
• answer calls and assist with reservations
• respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• handle payments using cash and credit-card procedures
• communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
• keep the front desk, lobby, and work area clean and organized
• assist with laundry and common areas
• support housekeeping, breakfast, or other departments when needed
• follow hotel policies and safety standards.

Why this role

Morning shift 6 AM–2 PM, afternoon shift 2 PM–10 PM, and overnight shift 10 PM–6 AM available. Weekends and holidays may be required. Hotel experience is helpful but not required. Benefits depend on position and eligibility.
