What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of up to 25 or more clients
• assist with applications for health insurance, public assistance, disability benefits, and other entitlements
• collect and verify eligibility documents under HUD and agency standards
• maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• collaborate with team members and external partners
• protect confidentiality and follow ethical and safety requirements.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, or a related field is required. At least two years of housing services, case management, or similar experience is required. English/Spanish/French bilingual ability is strongly preferred.
