Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is based in Merrill, WI, with work at customer locations as required. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour, based on experience. The role provides on-site technical support to help clients keep equipment and systems operating.

What you'll do

• Follow company and plant safety procedures
• perform routine and preventive equipment maintenance
• troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues
• escalate complex problems when needed
• complete maintenance logs and service reports
• assist with installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• support entry-level technicians as needed
• communicate work progress
• maintain tools and work areas
• participate in training
• travel to customer locations as required.
