Director of Engineering Operations

What you'll do

• Manage engineering, automation, and equipment-development projects from purchase order through acceptance
• develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables
• coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, and integration
• monitor costs and forecasts
• manage scope and customer changes
• oversee procurement and equipment testing and delivery
• lead and develop engineering personnel
• establish project and engineering processes
• evaluate AI-enabled tools
• support resource planning and organizational growth.
