Patient Access Representative I

What you'll do

• Greet patients and begin registration
• complete admissions and registration paperwork
• identify insurance coverage or financial resources
• securely handle and accurately record point-of-service payments
• respond to routine patient inquiries and simple escalations
• communicate with patients and clinical and Patient Access Services staff
• meet department productivity and performance standards
• escalate complex registrations.
