Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other healthcare providers. Follows the therapist's plan of care and adjusts treatment based on patient response. Produces documentation in accordance with the Clinical Documentation Policy. Provides treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
