What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software or product support
• conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and discuss future tax planning
• explain tax solutions in accessible language
• address customer inquiries
• engage prospects, nurture leads, and build long-term client relationships
• represent TurboTax locally and participate in community marketing.
