What you'll do

• Oversee the Mobile Market Food Truck operation
• implement the Greater Boston Food Bank SWAP method at sites
• drive, load, set up, and break down the truck
• coordinate nutrition lessons and cooking demonstrations with the SNAP-Ed team
• manage site flow and participant safety
• track inventory and item sales
• and oversee the Operations Assistant.
