Customer Experience Specialist

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• coordinate with dispatch and drivers
• conduct post-move calls
• help customers navigate claims and coordinate follow-up
• handle escalations
• use CRM software to maintain customer records and follow-up notes
• monitor inventory and communicate concerns
• and share customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
