Lead Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Lead Restoration Technician role is onsite in Warsaw, IN. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. The position supports SERVPRO’s property-damage restoration work, with a stated commitment to making property damage “Like it never even happened.” The technician responds to water- and fire-damage emergencies, performs restoration and cleanup activities, and communicates with clients and supervisors. The work helps restore affected properties while maintaining safe, organized job sites and equipment.

What you'll do

• Respond to emergency situations involving water or fire damage
• evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, specialty-equipment setup, and demolition
• load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles and supplies
• communicate hazards, findings, and equipment needs to supervisors
• explain the restoration process and address client concerns
• perform drying and site cleanup.
