What you'll do

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and wound care
• monitor vital signs and symptoms and report changes
• educate patients and families
• collaborate with healthcare professionals and the interdisciplinary team
• document care in electronic health records
• provide emotional support
• follow applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
