What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments and errands
• observe and report changes in condition
• complete documentation
• follow individualized care plans.
