What you'll do

• Respond to operational inquiries about products, suppliers, and procurement
• maintain supplier and product records in the purchasing system
• monitor orders
• support stock and margin reporting
• manage invoice workflow
• assist Procurement and Accounts Payable
• work with Operations, Chefs, Finance, and Procurement on supplier performance
• verify invoice and payment details
• maintain accurate cost prices and purchase codes
• develop supplier dashboards and support process improvements.
