What you'll do

• Plan and direct daily manufacturing operations
• manage production schedules, staffing, and budgets
• lead and develop supervisors and production employees
• monitor KPIs
• implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements
• ensure safety and quality compliance
• coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, IT, and supply chain
• support launches, process improvements, and capital projects
• maintain records and reports.
