What you'll do

• Lead property operations and team members
• develop the annual budget and monitor financial performance
• implement plans to meet operational, financial, and business goals
• report property status to the Regional Manager
• review market trends and develop marketing and leasing strategies
• set rental rates and oversee collections and deposits
• obtain bids and approve service-provider invoices
• respond to resident concerns and oversee service-request standards
• recruit, onboard, manage, train, and provide feedback to staff
• inspect grounds, amenities, and make-ready units
• conduct property tours
• develop and review the annual marketing plan
• support regional initiatives and special projects
• conduct daily team huddles
• respond promptly to emergencies and work varying hours.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Property management, multifamily, and supervisory experience and CPM, CAM, or ARM certifications are preferred. Bilingual English-Spanish ability is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license required.
