The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Experienced Clinician role is hybrid in Colorado Springs, CO, with notes and indirect tasks available from home after job responsibilities are met. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with performance incentives up to $9,000 annually and a 2% bilingual increase. Woven Care is a pediatric outpatient practice with multidisciplinary collaboration among behavior analysts, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The clinician designs and guides applied behavior analysis programs, conducts assessments and reviews, supervises and mentors registered behavior technicians, and leads parent training and family meetings. The role contributes to quality care through manageable caseloads and coordinated work across disciplines.

What you'll do

  • Design and guide ABA programs

  • coordinate with OT, PT, and SLP colleagues
  • manage a caseload of up to 10 clients
  • complete notes and indirect tasks from home once job responsibilities are met.
