What you'll do

• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• anticipate server and guest needs

• restock silverware, napkins, glassware, plates, and other supplies
• respond to guest requests
• communicate with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• complete side work and cleaning
• follow cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
