What you'll do

• Direct daily Attractions Department operations
• set priorities and monitor performance
• develop policies and procedures
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• prepare schedules
• manage labor costs, expenses, budgets, inventory, and supplies
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• conduct safety inspections and accident investigations
• coordinate with maintenance and other departments
• serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
