Medical Assistant, Rheumatology and Gynecology

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for examinations
• record vital signs, height, weight, and screenings
• perform blood draws and EKGs as ordered
• collect and process specimens
• assist with procedures and examinations
• maintain patient records
• prepare rooms and supplies
• follow infection-control and sterilization protocols
• prepare charts
• support patient flow
• and perform administrative duties including phones and forms.
