Recycling Maintenance Mechanic

The Recycling Maintenance Mechanic role is onsite in Normal, IL, with a second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Observe operating equipment to locate causes of trouble
• work on projects involving metal fabrication, trucks, trailers, conveyor systems, and electrical panels
• diagnose equipment failures and recommend repairs
• dismantle equipment to remove and replace defective parts
• adjust functional parts and control instruments
• ensure equipment meets OEM and regulatory standards
• maintain lubrication according to OEM schedules
• follow preventive maintenance work-order procedures.
