What you'll do

• Research and analyze outstanding student balances
• maintain borrower repayment records and procedures in line with federal regulations
• counsel borrowers on repayment options and resolve inquiries
• coordinate with vendors and federal agencies
• create and review reports
• process vendor check requests
• track, maintain, and reconcile student payments
• assist with student outreach
• respond to university call center triage inquiries.
