The role also supports food quality and safety standards and may fill in for the general manager during an extended absence.

What you'll do

• Check product consistency and quality
• resolve food, service, and accommodation complaints
• schedule and receive deliveries
• monitor food preparation and presentation
• schedule staff and assign duties
• review procedures for service, performance, and safety
• assist with food preparation and service when needed
• maintain inventories and records
• monitor health and fire regulation compliance
• order supplies
• train and evaluate employees
• support recruiting
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• operate POS and cash register and make bank deposits
• follow opening and closing procedures
• fill in for the general manager during an extended absence.
