What you'll do

• Develop a corporate clinical education strategy
• identify facility-specific education gaps and deploy training
• integrate PointClickCare workflows, protocols, and competency training
• use EHR audits and dashboards to identify training opportunities and measure impact
• standardize curricula, procedures, onboarding, and ongoing training
• monitor CMS and state regulatory requirements
• oversee the Learning Management System and training metrics.
