What you'll do

• Provide oversight and direction to inpatient staff
• maintain a visible floor presence and redirect workflow
• model the organization’s mission and values
• partner with hospital departments and veterinary staff on policy compliance and patient care
• assist with ER, ICU, and SCU operations
• coach staff and participate in reviews
• assist with payroll, scheduling, attendance tracking, and personnel records.
