What you'll do

• Support lead installers during system installations
• communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers
• attend required meetings and training
• use floor savers and drop cloths to protect customer homes
• maintain a neat work area
• re-check installation details using the Installation Excellence Form
• explain the system to customers and confirm satisfaction
• follow safety procedures while working and driving
• maintain trucks
• perform full system change-outs as directed
• use hand and power tools and braze or solder equipment as needed.
