What you'll do

• Coordinate daily opening and closing readiness
• assign staff zones and breaks across registers, activities, sales floor, replenishment, and cleaning
• coordinate approved back-stock replenishment
• monitor inventory presentation, pricing, signage, and out-of-stocks
• oversee POS procedures, shift handoffs, transaction or return escalations, and end-of-day reconciliation
• support service standards, attendance, timekeeping, and performance reporting
• complete required checklists, photos, sales and traffic reports, incident reports, and supply requests
• resolve or escalate customer, security, safety, technology, and facility issues.
