Interns assigned to the Appeals and Training Bureau may have the opportunity to submit briefs and argue before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

What you'll do

• Draft legal filings, including oppositions to motions to suppress or dismiss, motions for pre-trial detention based on dangerousness, motions in Limine, and objective intra-office memorandums.
• Assist experienced prosecutors with trial preparation, strategy, and presentation.
• Interns assigned to the Appeals and Training Bureau may have the opportunity to submit briefs and argue before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
