What you'll do

• Direct nursing assistants’ day-to-day functions and plan shift services with assigned staff
• prepare written and oral shift reports
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• provide leadership to nursing personnel
• administer medications as ordered
• coordinate with facility departments
• monitor staff adherence to safety regulations
• maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
