What you'll do

• Welcome guests and assist with their stay
• check guests in and out
• make wake-up and courtesy calls
• handle guest concerns and requests
• take and adjust reservations
• use the front desk computer system for transactions and reports
• communicate with housekeeping about room availability and guests
• handle reservations, payments, and guest information accurately.
