The Neurologist role is an onsite inpatient locum tenens assignment in New York, NY. Compensation is $200–$275 per hour. The assignment supports a hospital’s inpatient neurology coverage and comprehensive stroke center protocols.

What you'll do

• Cover the primary consult service from 7 am Monday to 7 am Monday, one to two weeks per month, seeing 12–20 new and follow-up patients.
• Provide thrombolytic consultation.
• NPs independently manage the secondary service, with a stroke attending available for questions.
• Neurocritical care, continuous video EEG, neurovascular ultrasound, endovascular procedures, advanced echocardiography, and lumbar puncture support are available.
