Licensed Benefits Account Manager / Insurance Service Representative

The Licensed Benefits Account Manager / Insurance Service Representative role is onsite in Santa Ana, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a temp-to-hire term. Compensation is $21–$35 per hour. The role supports clients with employee benefits administration, insurance communications, policy servicing, and coverage support. The position helps clients understand and maintain their benefits coverage by coordinating policy changes, documentation, carrier systems, and vendor support. It also assists producers with client communications and proposals while maintaining accurate account records.

What you'll do

• Assist producers with client communications, proposals, and policy support
• deliver policy and plan documents
• follow up on coverage needs
• process plan changes and corrections
• explain coverage, eligibility, and insurance options
• coordinate COBRA vendors
• maintain records in EASE, Sagitta, and/or AMS 360
• support client service and account management.
