Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who align with the A New Leaf’s (ANL) mission, values, and operational needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develops targeted recruitment strategies, and ensures a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experien
